What You’ll Do

Handle incoming calls related to the travel program’s

websites and transactions.


Resolve customer concerns and inquiries with

professionalism and care.


Deliver excellent customer service by addressing

customer issues promptly and efficiently.


Your role will focus on making sure that every customer

interaction is smooth, professional, and leaves a lasting

positive impression.

Are you the perfect fit? Here’s what we’re looking for:

1. Strong Japanese Communication Skills

Excellent oral and written Japanese communication skills.

Non-native speakers must have N1 JLPT certification.

2. English Proficiency

Knowledge of English is a big plus.

3. Customer Service or Hospitality Experience

Experience is preferred but not required.

4. Location Flexibility

Candidates must be living in Metro

Manila or willing to relocate.

5. Call Center Experience (Preferred)

If you’ve worked in a travel-related call center, it’s a big

advantage
